Super OYO 897 iBC36 Business Stay

When my staff arrived, they say no more room for the room that I book early. Then give another type of room which quite dirty. The deposit money also didn't return. I not happy with booking.com which selected this type of property, once we booked, that mean the room should available, but not for this Oyo property. How can I trust Booking.com next time????? Secondly, the Oyo problem on no room available. That is not my problem, you should inform us early because the booking already paid and if you change the room due to No Availability, you should responsible for its and give us a free and clean room. For everyone, don't stay at this Oyo..Highly NOT RECOMMENDED. For Booking.com, will not book through your service anymore.
